Villa 2Olive House could be called a modern paradise on the Adriatic coast. Located in beautiful Sukošan, just 200 meters from the crystal clear sea, this luxury villa is the epitome of contemporary design and pure Zen experience.

With its 260 m² of living space, the villa offers spaciousness and privacy, while at the same time radiating warmth and modern elegance. The harmony of minimalist lines and earthy colors offers a relaxing ambiance in every corner. The pleasant living room achieves an airy and bright ambiance thanks to the large windows, and the entire interior of the villa is breathtaking with its carefully designed combination of natural materials and modern elements. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals. There is also one bedroom with an attached bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find three luxurious bedrooms, each with its bathroom, two of which are master bedrooms – one with a shower cabin and the other with a bathtub, providing the perfect balance between modern luxury and relaxation. The third room, intended for guests, also has a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have access to a partially covered terrace of 35 m², which offers a wonderful view of the sea. It is an ideal place for morning coffee or relaxing with the sunset.

The courtyard of the villa is really special. The spacious covered terrace of 40 m² makes a special place for the evening atmosphere. With a barbecue, an outdoor dining room, a chill zone, and a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area, you have all the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation.

Sukošan is known for its long promenade along the coast, numerous beaches, and peaceful atmosphere, but also its proximity to the city of Zadar. Located just 10 minute's drive from this romantic gem, 2Olive House enjoys all the benefits of a great location. There is also the local marina, Dalmacija, one of the largest in Croatia, which is ideal for those who love sailing. The hinterland of this region offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking, climbing, and many others.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
