The beautifully landscaped garden, heated swimming pool with counter-current system, wellness area, and four private parking spaces further elevate the sense of exclusivity and comfort. The villa is divided into three functional yet seamlessly connected residential units, offering both flexibility and privacy.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a modern kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin beds), each with a private bathroom, an additional guest bathroom, and a terrace leading to the garden.

On the first floor, you'll find a large dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, an additional bathroom, an elegant TV lounge, and two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A terrace with outdoor furniture completes the setting.

The top floor offers a truly luxurious experience with a spacious living room and large terrace, a master bedroom with Jacuzzi, a stylish bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room – perfect for unwinding while gazing out at the sea horizon.
