Who doesn't love to holiday in a beautiful, luxury villa, near the beach and, also, with an amazing sea view? Villa Bellevue is a luxury villa situated near the city of Trogir and is one of those villas that simply take your breath away. You will certainly enjoy it!

Villa Bellevue can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. Two out of three bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, while one has one double bed. The beautiful kitchen, coated in wood, is fully equipped and there you can find a traditional Croatian welcome package. The indoor dining area is right by the kitchen, and the outdoor dining area is just a few meters away, on the terrace.

The outdoor area is to die for. It is separated into two floors, each of which does not lack an incredible view. What is, also, excellent is that the villa offers so much diversity. Whether you came just to relax or you are more into the fun activities, this one's got you. On the first floor, there is a big children's playground with a slide and a swing. Right by it, you can find a basketball court for some balling, and a BBQ for some grilling. On the second floor, there is a huge private pool with its best friends, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. There, you can also play a game of table tennis.

The terrace in front of the villa has a treadmill and gym equipment for staying in shape (but, with a view), and an always-needed jacuzzi. As we already said, this villa has something for everyone. You can spend your days just resting in the jacuzzi or pool, or stay in shape and work out.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war außergewöhnlich! Es war wirklich an alles gedacht – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit liebevoll zusammengestellten Willkommensgeschenken wie Kaffee, Getränken und Waschmittel überrascht. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: Es standen sowohl ein Kohlegrill als auch ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Für sportliche Aktivitäten gab es ein privates Volleyballfeld, einen Basketballkorb sowie einen Volleyball und Basketball. Zusätzlich konnten wir zwei SUPs, zwei E-Bikes und sogar ein kleines Elektrofahrzeug nutzen, ein echtes Highlight! Die Stellplätze reichten bequem für vier Fahrzeuge und waren sicher eingezäunt. Wie auf den Bildern versprochen, gab es tolle Trainingsmöglichkeiten, einen Whirlpool sowie einen normalen Außenpool. Auch an Unterhaltung wurde gedacht: Eine Playstation 4 und weitere Spiele rundeten das Angebot perfekt ab. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst zuvorkommende Personal, das stets freundlich war und schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic stay with our family in this villa. The villa is very well equipped with lots of activities and the view is second to none. We also received very good support from the owners/operators of the house for any questions that we had. The beach (pebbles) close to the house is not too special, but you don't really need that as you already have a great pool right in front of the villa.
