Set on a generous 2,111 m² plot with sweeping coastal vistas, this newly built (2026) villa is a modern retreat that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across 482 m² of indoor living. The residence features four ensuite bedrooms — three with king-size doubles (180 x 200) and one twin room with two single beds (90 x 200) — each with its own TV and air conditioning.

Entertainment and connectivity are comprehensive — Smart TVs (HBO, Netflix), SAT TV in every room, a PlayStation 4, stereo system, WI‑FI, and a dedicated workspace for remote work. Comfort features include underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, a start package of coffee capsules and modern appliances such as an ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine and a large refrigerator/freezer.

The outdoor experience is the villa’s signature: a heated infinity pool (48 m²) with hydromassage function, a separate Jacuzzi, sauna and an outdoor TV create a private spa-like atmosphere. Eight sun loungers, five sun umbrellas, pool towels, an outdoor shower, barbecue and carefully tended lawned gardens with an automatic watering system invite long summer days outdoors. The yard is partially fenced for added privacy; note that events are not allowed while weddings may be arranged upon request. Additional services such as a private chef, daily cleaning and massage treatments are available on request for an extra charge.

Located in Vinišće near Trogir, the villa sits just 1.4 km from the nearest beach, town centre, restaurants, markets and cafés, and is approximately 17 km from the airport — an easy balance of seclusion and accessibility. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
