The exterior of Villa Ivan is built of traditional Dalmatian stone, which exudes the authentic charm and history of this region. The stone walls fit perfectly into the environment, while the spacious courtyard with a hydromassage pool offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sun. In the yard, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill, which will please all those who like to cook outdoors.

The interior of Villa Ivan achieves color harmony. Modern elements are combined with the warmth of wooden ceilings, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bright and spacious living room with a white kitchen in a minimalist style exudes elegance and functionality.
