Do you wish to have a truly good time on the beach while watching children play freely around you? Furthermore, do you own a boat and wish to spend your vacation in a luxury villa with a boat mooring and occasionally go on boat excursions? We've found the perfect spot for you to spend your holiday. You will have a great vacation on the island of Ciovo, which is connected to the city of Trogir by a bridge. Villa Kate A is part of a semi-detached building alongside Villa Kate B; each unit is self-contained and offers complete privacy to visitors. The villa, which comprises two different apartments and can accommodate a total of 12 people in six big, modern, and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, is excellent for family and friends. Guests have access to a baby cot. Even if the villa is large, a group of friends or family can enjoy their own privacy in separate villa units.

The large kitchen with dining area and living room offers direct access to the terrace with views of the pool and sea, which is perfect for daily rest and relaxation as well as barbecue. On the beach, there is also a shared gym that is used by guests from several villas.

Private parties are only allowed upon request. Remember that Villa Kate A has a boat mooring and a rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the sea and nearby islands.
