Interiors are arranged for relaxed living and entertaining: a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher and ice maker adjoins an indoor dining area for eight. Multiple living zones include a comfortable cinema/private cinema and a playroom with smart TV and SAT TV in every room, plus a dedicated workspace and home office for those who mix business with leisure. Laundry facilities, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are provided to make arrivals effortless.

The outdoor experience is the villa’s highlight: a heated infinity pool (21 m²) with pool towels, four sun loungers, two umbrellas and an outdoor shower opens directly to the pebble beach just 10 metres away. A Jacuzzi and sauna, carefully tended garden with lawn and garden furniture, and an outdoor dining area for eight create a private spa-like retreat.
