Located in Marina bay near Trogir, this sea mermaid amazes you with its location and allows you to travel at least briefly to the carefreeness of everyday life.

The newly designed four-room villa Lucy Plum extends over 3 floors and offers accommodation for a maximum of eight people. Spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, are situated on the first floor of the villa. Two bedrooms provide immense comfort with large double beds, and the remaining two rooms have beds that can be separated into two separate.

The spacious living room and the kitchen with an internal dining room attract with an enviable atmosphere. Crowned with large glass walls, with access to a sunny terrace, this part of the interior contributes to the impressive appearance of the villa.

The ground floor of the villa invites you to enjoy the cold days. The beautiful outdoor heated pool will reward you with romantic relaxation.

The basement part of the villa stands out as a fitness oasis with a sauna and a professionally equipped gym. With geometric shapes dominated by blue-gray details, everyone will surely relax for hours here, and the outdoor children's playground will delight the youngest.

Villa Lucy Plum, along with her two sister villas, Lucy Lemon and Lucy Cherry, form a marine trio that is hard to resist. Only 150 meters from the sea, you can almost immerse yourself in its beauty, and Trogir's century-old heritage, protected by UNESCO, is already resonating around the world. The famous KulaKula and the Moondance festival, long pebble beaches and numerous restaurants strung along the streets of the old town, bear the title of popularity. Perfect villa for a family or friends’ holiday We had a truly amazing stay at Villa Lucy. The villa is beautifully designed with an elegant and cohesive style throughout. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered — especially the garden, which is clearly cared for with a lot of love and attention. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need: a modern kitchen, sauna, and fitness room — nothing was missing, and no wishes were left unfulfilled. Our host was incredibly friendly, cooperative, and always available to help with anything we needed. We would absolutely recommend Villa Lucy to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday experience.

Amazing Villa! This villa is incredible. The views are the best I have ever seen. The design and layout of villa was modern and unique. The property was perfectly clean and spotless on arrival with a huge variety of extras for us from kids swimming pool toys to a luxury hamper of local goodies and superb wine. But the most impressive part was the service offered by the company Lucy our host Ana was the ultimate perfectionist of customer service. She was awaiting us on arrival If we ever asked for anything from a plaster to a bottle of wine she would literally be on our doorstep within seconds with our request, and her knowledge of the area was very helpful, honestly the service was better than a Four Seasons Hotel! I will 100% return and recommend to anyone looking for perfect holiday.
