The new, modern villa Sunce is located in Čiovo, very close to the town of Trogir and is only 30 m away from the beach. This stylish villa will satisfy all your expectations, as it has many benefits that guests need after a hard work.

This modern villa extends over 270 m2 and contains 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, and air-conditioning. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet. The other 4 rooms with private bathrooms are located on the first floor.

For relaxation, guests have an indoor sauna. The 30 m2 outdoor pool is located on a spacious terrace where guests can relax and enjoy on the sun loungers. For fun, there is a billiard available. The villa has also a mooring for the boat. The yard of the villa is completely fenced and contains 4 parking spaces.

The island of Čiovo is connected by a bridge with the historic town of Trogir so that, staying in this villa, you are close to many cultural and historical monuments under the protection of UNESCO.

Very pleasant, quiet and luxury accommodation, we felt to be welcomed from the moment we arrived, Marina, the property Manager, took really good care of everything, very nice and friendly person. Loved the villa and its location. We flew to Split and rented a car. It is easier to visit all the places we want. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the house. This was our first trip tp Croatia and we are coming back.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
