Villa Urban

We stayed at Villa Urban for 12 glorious nights and it was perfect. We originally planned on staying in Split but came across this villa by chance and so glad we did.. The location was fantastic. Quiet and away from the bustling crowds but still close enough to reach restaurants, markets and the beautiful beach by foot within a few minutes.. Trogir old town is a pleasant 30 minute stroll away which we walked almost daily but also opted on occasion to take the nearby water taxi which was very convenient.. The villas location was ideal for day trips to attractions such as Dubrovnik and Plitvice Lakes . The ferryto Split was also easily accessible from old town. The house itself was incredible. We had plenty of room as we were only 3 couples in this 6 bedroom villa and we each had our own bathroom which was a bonus. The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Beautiful views from the balconies, lots of comfortable seating and an incredible outdoor kitchen that we used daily. The heated pool was the highlight and we thoroughly enjoyed it after a day of shopping, exploring or hanging out at the beach.. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to the Dalmatian Coast we will definitely book Villa Urban. Highly recommend it!

Toppenboende för hela familjen på 12 personer! Perfekt för oss att det fanns pool men bra med gångavstånd till stranden.

Wir waren mit 14 Personen in dieser schönen Villa. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der beheizbarer Pool, der auch regelmäßig gepflegt wird. Uns hat auch der gemütliche Sitzbereich draussen mit Grill mit kleiner Küche gefallen. Der überdachte Parkplatz reicht für 3 Autos . An einem einzigen Regentag haben wir es genossen, sich in der Sauna zu wärmen . Es ist auch alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet . Der Vermieter wohnt nicht in Haus, ist aber per WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar, sehr nett, hat uns bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt mit kalten Getränken versorgt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Fussmarsch zu erreichen. Flughafen liegt unweit von dem Ort, Taxi kostet 40€. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Hello. I will write a review in Polish for my compatriots :) Najlepszy dom w tej okolicy. Byliśmy w 12 osób i było super. Czysto, blisko plaży. Chorwacja słynie ze spokoju, ciężko było znaleźć miejsce dla 12 "energicznych" dorosłych z dziećmi ale tam nikt Nam nie przeszkadzął i zwracał uwagi. Polecam! Warto :)

Good location near the beach and choice of restaurants. Supermarkets close by, everything you would need within walking distance. Attentive host.

The villa is located in an excellent private location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The heated pool was great for our visit in October which was quite late in the season for the area. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with two covered outdoor dining areas. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the old town of Trogir, using the marked shortcut, which avoids busier roads.

It was pleasant to stay at this villa. Heated pool and sauna been lovely at night when temperature drops a bit.Host was so helpful and friendly.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for a better host! They went above and beyond to meet all of our requirements and were super easy to reach and very effective too! Any time we’ve been in contact the response was prompt and the information was exactly what we asked for! These people are amazing and will do their best to make your stay with them as you want it to be! The only reason why I gave 4/5 starts is due to the issues we had with the neighbours. They called the police on us on day 1 for talking or for playing a bit of music by the pool during the day which made the start of our holiday an absolute nightmare! We were a big group of 12 so even if we talk at low volume there would still be a small bit of noise. When I spoke to the owner about this, they told me this isn’t the first time it is happening and that these neighbours do this every single time! I think this is something that should be disclosed by them with the guests so they don’t go through what we went through. Not how you want to spend your holiday. So be mindful of this or ask for details when booking this villa to see if the issue is still ongoing or not just so that you know what to expect. Still, when we brought this up with the owner, he did an amazing job at reassuring us and calming us down, he spoke with these neighbours too and after that we had no more issues with them! Overall a good experience in a lovely house so would recommend to go but do your due diligence beforehand about this issue.

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in Croatia. Villa Urban was a fantastic property, immaculately clean, close to all amenities and the sea, beautiful swimming pool and an amazing base for us to come back to each day. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Urban to any family , we have had an amazing time and will be back to the beautiful Country of Croatia very soon., thank you Villa Urban.
