This beautiful three-bedroom villa in Ljubljeva, central Dalmatia, accommodates up to eight people and has a private pool.

Villa Vese, a luxury villa with excellent sea views, is suitable for those seeking ultimate privacy. The villa offers a getaway from regular life, and guests will definitely have a relaxed and pleasant stay. The modern living room on the left and an extended fully equipped kitchen and dining space on the right compensate for villa Vese, which is situated on a rocky promontory. The living area has a view of the sea from the balcony. A bedroom with one double bed, one triple bedroom, and a bathroom with shower is located in the back of the home. A lower terrace with access to a one-bedroom apartment with a double bed, bathroom, and kitchen is just a few steps down the stairs. A swimming pool and a covered relaxation area are located next to the villa. An outdoor barbecue is also located next to the villa and is commonly used to prepare meat, fish, and vegetables for lunch or dinner. You may enjoy a relaxing morning or evening swim at the beach, which is only a few steps away.

Ljubljeva Bay is around a 25-minute drive from Split Airport or a 20-minute drive from Trogir, a historic town. The villa is an excellent location for exploring the local area, which includes the Krka Waterfalls, the medieval town of Šibenik, and the city of Split. Schönes, komfortables, top gepflegtes Haus mit viel Privatsphäre. Auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen grossen Holztisch, den bequemen Holzstühlen und dem tollen Meerblick haben wir jeweils das Frühstück und am Abend den Schlummertrunk genossen. Jeden Morgen bringt der Bäcker frisches Brot direkt zum Haus. Ein Highlight ist die Pool-Terrasse mit dem Überlaufpool, der Loungegarnitur, den Liegestühlen und der Sommerküche/Bar mit gut gefülltem Weinschrank und das alles mit unverbauter Meersicht. Ein Wohlfühlhaus mit netten, unkomplizierten Vermietern. Die Gartenanlage ist eingezäunt, was wir mit unseren zwei Hunden geschätzt haben. Die Zufahrt ist für einen Sportwagen mit tiefen Spoilern nicht geeignet.
