It's perfect for a relaxing vacation for up to 8 adults and two small children, and it's only a short drive from Umag and Novigrad, as well as stunning beaches.

An indoor pool, sauna, workout room, wine cellar, entertainment room, modern kitchen, and a huge living room with dining area are all located on the ground floor of this modern home. There are four nice bedrooms and four baths on the upper floor. On the roof of the villa, there is a sun deck to fully enjoy the benefits of the Mediterranean sun and a jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and heated pool that is half in the house and partially on the terrace. Villa LV is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and private parking. You can bring your pet to villa LV for an additional fee, and daily cleaning and food delivery can be arranged too. Fitness is provided to those who want a more active vacation, and we will be pleased to recommend one of the many Istrian hiking, running, or cycling paths to the most active.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Super geplantes Haus, mit allem was mann sich wuenschen kann. Sehr edel und modern eingerichtet. Von Langeweile konnte hier nicht die Rede sein. Die Kinder waren den ganzen Tag mit dem Pool beschaeftigt, der sogar einen interesannten Eingang in das Innere vom Haus hat. Also das, habe ich noch nie gesehen. Super Idee, auch wenn das Wetter nicht mithaelt. Mit Billiard kenne ich mich nicht so aus, aber es hat am Abend Spass gemacht den Kindern und meinem Mann beim Spielen zuzusehen. Alles harmonisiert vom Ausseren ins Innere, alles tadelos. Schoener Urlaub mit tollen Erinnerungen.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa and garden. Location is perfect and very close to great restaurants and places to visit. Great that the dog was also welcome and could run and play free in the big garden. House is very complete and in great shape. The host was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely a great place to spend your family Holliday in luxury.
