The house offers 102 m² of indoor space on a 280 m² plot, with two double bedrooms (both 160x200) and multiple bathrooms, including an en-suite. It’s thoughtfully equipped for comfort year-round with A/C in every room, central heating, a fireplace for cooler evenings and the option to have the 15 m².

Inside feels bright and unfussy: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mixer and spices provided) opens onto an indoor dining area for six and a cosy living area with TV/SAT and Wi‑Fi. Practical touches like a washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum and a first aid kit make life easy, while extras such as baby cot, high chair and pool towels keep families comfortable. Concierge, private chef, and massage services are available on request for an added fee if you want to arrive to a fully prepared holiday.

The outdoor space is the villa’s jewel — a carefully tended, fully fenced garden with five sun loungers, garden furniture, sun umbrella and BBQ. The fenced yard create a relaxed, for kids to roam. Private parking on site means easy arrivals, and the plot size gives you an intimate, low-maintenance feel without sacrificing privacy.

Location-wise you’re about 5 km from the nearest town centre, restaurants, market and cafés, with beaches roughly 20 km away and the airport around 56 km. Cycling trails start nearby and boat rental can be arranged if you want a day on the water. This villa is ideal for couples, small families or two couples looking for a quiet, comfortable base to explore Istria.

It is a small village setting with three additional rental houses nearby, which can also be booked together. This makes it ideal for large family groups, friends traveling together, or corporate events. Thanks to the wide range of activities and experiences available both within the village and in the surrounding area, it is a destination worth visiting in every season.

If any additional charges apply to your stay, they must be paid by bank transfer prior to check-in, as agreed with the villa host. This applies to the pet fee of €50 per day, per dog (pets upon request). The security deposit is to be paid by bank transfer to the host.
