The new brand villa Kaia is located in the popular picturesque town of Vodice, just a few kilometers away from the famous historical town of Šibenik. The outstanding modern architecture offers an introduction to the modern world and offers maximum comfort.

This spacious villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The impressive interior has four bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom. Three rooms are located on the first floor of the villa, which offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The magnificent living room will surely attract your attention. The elegant spacious sofa in light tones fits perfectly with the earth tones of the fully equipped kitchen and the interior dining room. The luxury of the ground floor is completed by a wellness room with a jacuzzi and a sauna. Large glass walls lead to a private gym equipped with a Swedish ladder, a spinner, dumbbells, and kettlebells, and there are also yoga mats.

The courtyard of the villa looks immaculate with a heated swimming pool and sun loungers. An outdoor covered terrace with a comfortable lounge area and an outdoor dining room with a grill are equally tempting. In the afternoon you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail, and in the evening indulge in the pleasure of summer evenings. The entire yard is securely enclosed, which allows safe play for the youngest as well as your pets, which are available for an extra charge.

Vodice is an extremely popular summer destination with several nightclubs, cultural and musical events, and well-known restaurants. Try local dishes in restaurants such as Bistro Strikoman, Adria, Rico, or Šimun. villa kaia is a beautiful villa we had the most amazing time at the villa, danijella and tony were a great help the location of the villa is fantastic close to the centre , beach , harbour and supermarkets . we would definitely go back thank you all for making our first trip to croatia memorable

We stayed in Villa Kaia for a total of eleven nights and extended our stay by three nights. This is mainly because the villa really convinced us. The location, the architectural style and the interior design are a solid ten out of ten. The terrace with pool, lounge and grill, the wellness room with jacuzzi and the living and dining area with all the necessary kitchen appliances and accessories make it a special experience. What also really impressed us is the fact that pets are tolerated. The entire area of the villa is fenced in, so you feel very safe from the outside and you don't have to worry about a dog running away. Our dogs also felt very comfortable in the villa. Last but not least we always had friendly and quick contact with the owners and staff of the villa. Problems were quickly solved. Questions were quickly answered. Overall, I can 100% recommend staying in the villa.

The Villa is wonderful designed and has lots of space! You have everything you need, also lots of things for the kids. The wirlppool is really great and also all the lounge areas. Special big thanks to the host and to the owners for their quick and very friendly support.
