The new, modern Villa Nadija is located in a quiet part of Vodice, only 1,5 km from the beach. It is designed to meet the needs of guests who need a break after commitments, stress, and crowds in big cities. Although located in a quiet part of town surrounded by family houses, it is close enough to restaurants, cafes, and attractions provided by the Dalmatian coast. The villa is spread over 100 m2 and can accommodate a total of 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned, spacious bedrooms.

The ground floor of the villa has a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom with bidet, while the first floor has 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. A terrace is a place where guests gather and socialize. In the yard, there is a barbecue where guests can prepare local specialties with a glass of local wine as well as a private, heated pool where they can completely relax. Evenings can be reserved for socializing on the terrace by the pool or exploring the town of Vodice, which offers a variety of facilities and beaches to meet the different needs of guests.

Do not forget to visit the city of Šibenik and its historical monuments, and nearby are the two national parks Krka and Kornati. Near Vodice, there are small fishing villages where you can experience the life of Dalmatians and their customs.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We stayed at the villa Nadija for a week and loved it. We went to a festival at the tisno garden it was easy to get taxis and the perfect place to relax in the day. We booked it again as soon as we left for next year. Bettina and Josip are amazing and always on hand to help with anything. The only downfall is the WIFI isn’t very good and neither is the phone reception so if you have to work from a laptop whilst there i would take another form of internet if possible. On a whole it’s a lovely place and we more than recommend it. Everything is close and a short walk away. We can’t wait for next year.

Die Villa war sauber und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig morgens sauber gemacht. Es gibt in der Nähe eigentlich alles was man braucht.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig gelegen.

Property was not clean, we had to clean it by our self. A lot of ants in the kitchen and strange smell towel.

Tolle Villa mit gehobener Ausstattung! :-) Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in der Villa Nadija. Bis ins kleinste Detail wurde an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Gastgeber sind Herzensmenschen, daher war der Aufenthalt umso schöner. Der Pool, die Betten, die Wc‘s - alles tiptop sauber und im perfekten Zustand! Wir möchten uns nochmal recht herzlich bedanken und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal in der Villa Nadija in Vodice :-)

Sehr luxoriös ausgestattete Villa. Toller Pool, cooler Grill, angenehme Betten und vorallem sind Klimageräte vorhanden. Man könnte eventuell noch Waschmittel für die vorhandene Waschmaschine direkt dort zur Verfügung stellen bzw. mehr Klorpapierrollen. Ansonsten Tip Top :-) Vielen Dank für die nette Unterkunft. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir freuen uns wieder auf einen Urlaub in Vodice in eurer Villa!
