It provides a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting close to a variety of amenities. This beautiful villa accommodates four people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor contains the whole interior. Prepare delectable Dalmatian delicacies in the fully equipped kitchen before enjoying them in the indoor or outdoor dining areas. The living area is ideal for an after-meal break, where you may relax while surfing the internet or watching satellite TV. A private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower are located in the villa's courtyard. Spend beautiful summer evenings on the villa's patio, where you can make a BBQ.

Villa Okit is a special one because it's energy self-sufficient, meaning that electricity is supplied by solar panels during the day. Therefore, the use of electrical devices in the house is limited to avoid blackouts. Here are rules regarding the power in Villa Okit:

- A/C can be used only while the solar insolation is strongest, from 11:00 to 14:00, while the sun is out. For the rest of the day, there are 3 fans that are placed in the rooms and living room at your disposal.

- The use of electronic devices in moderation, meaning that the washing machine, dishwasher and other much-consuming electric devices can be used only from 10:00 to 18:00 and not at the same time.

You are welcome to bring your pet on vacation at Villa Okit. Beautiful Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the property, and the enclosed yard is surrounded by beautiful plants, olive trees, and flowers. Villa Okit is the excellent spot for seeing Dalmatia's famous attractions, such as the Krka and Kornati National Parks and the old cities of Sibenik, Skradin, and Trogir.
