Do you want to spend your holidays with family and friends near the sea enjoying peace and privacy at the same time?

We have found a solution for you! This estate, in a quiet part of Vodice, consists of two new and modern villas where each family or group of friends will have their own privacy and plenty of space to socialize and relax. The villas have the same layout, although one villa is more spacious and has a sea view. Each villa can accommodate up to 6 guests, so the villa Vodice can accommodate up to a total of 12 guests in 6 air-conditioned and comfortable bedrooms. Each ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room and bathroom. On the first floor of each villa there are 3 bedrooms with a terrace and bathroom. The spacious ground floor terraces are ideal for socializing while barbecues are reserved for local specialties. You can fully relax in the heated, private pools and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Not far from the villa, there are local restaurants, bars and beaches as well as the town of Šibenik, which will delight you with UNESCO-protected cultural and historical monuments.

This place was great. The host was responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would advise to bring all your own spices though as there was only pepper left behind by another guest

Stunning villas in a nice quiet location, a short taxi ride to Vodice which is a beautiful town with some lovely restaurants, shops and the harbour.
