The family villa Anita offers holidays in peace and quiet away from the city crowds. Villa Anita is located in the hinterland of Dalmatia, in village Budak between the towns of Šibenik and Zadar. It is situated 32 kilometres from Šibenik and 52 kilometres from Zadar. Also, it is 10 kilometres away from the beach. If you want to show your kids a peaceful life in which greenery, untouched nature and animals dominate, then this countryside villa is the right choice for you.

Lovely villa Anita can accommodate up to 8 guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms, one being a double bedroom and the other two rooms have 2 single beds.

It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room with SAT TV, DVD and a sofa bed for two people. The outdoor area is ideal for family gatherings in the hot summer days. Children can enjoy on the playground and use rollerblades, while adults have a relaxation area next to the private pool with darts and also two bicycles for exploring the surrounding. If they want to prepare Mediterranean food, they can use the barbecue. There is also an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and an exterior toilet. At guests’ disposal, there is also a private parking.

For sightseeing and fun there is the fun park „Mirnovec“ for children nearby as well as the Nature park Lake Vrana and the National Park Krka and Kornati.

Very nice place in the heart of rural Croatia. The villa very clean and nice, with nice pool surrounded by fruit trees. Surrounding areas great for hiking and biking. Anita and her family are very nice and hospitable hosts. We had a great stay. ❤️

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus war insgesamt in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alle Zimmer sauber und so, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Der Pool war sauber und das gesamte Grundstück war sehr groß und man hatte Ruhe.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ländlicher Lage. Es war alles sehr schön. Sehr gepflegt und der Pool war klasse. Auch mit Haustieren kein Problem. Der Service war sehr gut und die Besitzerin super nett. Wir können es weiterempfehlen.
