Villa Anka is a lovely villa near Zadar and only a few minutes walk from the beach.

The modest but beautiful villa is decorated in various colors of white with a hint of blue - just enough color to make it stand out. This luxurious villa can accommodate up to 11 people! It's fantastic that it provides so many possibilities, whether you're traveling with friends, family, or at work. The villa offers four bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and television, as well as a baby cot for the youngest member of your family. Three additional beds are available for three additional guests. A dining room is located within the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. There is a private heated pool with hydromassage in the villa's fully walled courtyard, as well as a jacuzzi and sauna for your complete relaxation.

The best part is that the villa is pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet along. Only a few minutes walk from the villa are the beach, cafes, restaurants, and stores. Sehr schönes Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Toller Pool, gepflegte Anlage. Auch am Außen Grill hatten wir schöne Abende. Sauna Top! Iris war stets erreichbar. Alles in allem ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

excellent moment, tout était au top. les petites attentions de Iris et son mari nous ont beaucoup touché. Maison de rêve, piscine, barbecue, four à pizza que nous avons utilisé, sauna, climatisation fonctionne partout. Nous recommandons à 200%. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci

Wir waren mit 9 Freunden im Haus von Iris. Die Kommunikation mit Iris war super. Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt und Iris ist immer noch dabei dies noch perfekter zu machen als es bereits ist. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Auch für unsere 3 Hunde war es perfekt. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und in ruhiger Lage. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
