The open concept of the first floor combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The black and dark shades of the kitchen create an elegant and sophisticated ambiance, inviting you to relax with movie nights and prepare delicious meals. Large glass walls dominate the space, making it airy, while clean, elegant lines emphasize sophistication. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a beautiful view of the sea.

The second floor of the villa contains the other two bedrooms, with access to a balcony that offers a stunning view of the sea.

The courtyard is impressive with a crystal-clear heated swimming pool with a sun deck. The outdoor dining area allows guests to enjoy socializing with beautiful sunsets.

The town of Novigrad is about 30 30-minute drive from the city of Zadar and is located near Paklenica National Park and Vrana Lake National Park. By staying in Villa Bonella, you can also visit nearby Nin, the islands of Vir and Pag, and enjoy the beauty of this part of the Adriatic.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
