The fully fenced yard is ideal for relaxing. A covered terrace with a large fireplace guarantees the enjoyment of privacy and peace. For refreshments during the day, there is a beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs. This villa also offers a unique combination of leisure and enjoyment. You may play some of the many board games at this villa, and for the youngest guests, there is a playground.

The city of Zadar is the main center of central Dalmatia, and among the most famous landmarks are the church of St. Donata, promenade Riva with Sea Organ, and the unusual monument 'Greeting to the Sun'. Its indented coastline and the proximity of national parks and nature parks such as Paklenica, Kornati, Lake Vrana, or Telašćica offer a number of possibilities for daily excursions. In addition, villa Doka can boast of its proximity to Zadar airport, which makes it an ideal refuge for all those arriving by plane.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
