Villa Grandioza

The luxury villa Grandioza, which spreads over 410m2, only 300 m from the beach, is located in a small village Seline in Zadar County.This beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Carefully and modernly decorated, equipped with quality and comfortable furniture and numerous facilities, this villa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday.  

The four modern double rooms have super king-size beds, and each room has its own air conditioning. There is also a baby cot and a double sofa bed in the living room. The villa has four modern bathrooms and another separate toilet. On the second floor of the villa, there is a wellness oasis where you can relax in the sauna and rest area next to the sauna, or you can go out on the terrace and enjoy the panoramic sea view while relaxing in the jacuzzi or in comfortable outdoor furniture. Spacious covered terraces are located on each floor of the villa.

In the fully fenced yard, there is a 36 m2 large saltwater pool and sun deck, next to which there is a summer kitchen decorated in Dalmatian style, which includes a fireplace, mini-bar, indoor and outdoor dining area. In addition to the sauna and jacuzzi, guests can use table tennis, trampoline, chess, and for the youngest guests there is a children's playground. Private parking, garage, and boat mooring are also provided.

Pets are allowed at the guest's request. In addition to guests' requests, various events, daily cleaning of the villa, boat rental, and massage services, can be provided.
