Villa Iris

The beautiful and simple Villa Iris, designed in neutral tones but with a pop of colour, is situated near the city of Nin. The blue windows, that easily catch your eye, are resembling the beautiful colour of the nearby sea. Check it out!

We've already explained the exterior design, so let's talk a bit about the outdoor area. Except for the essential heated pool and its best friends, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas, you can, also, find garden furniture and an outdoor shower in the outdoor area. As you can book Villa Iris all year round, you can dine in the outdoor dining area in summer and the indoor dining area in the wintertime. 

For a bit of activity, there are mountain bikes and an electric bike available in the villa, same as a kayak, sup board, and diving equipment for exploring the sea and the coast. There is a possibility of excursions for 5 or 10 people to the city of Zadar, the islands of Ugljan, Dugi Otok, and surrounding little islands, all with a boat (the gas and skipper are included). Also, excursions to the NP Paklenica, NP Krka, and Šibenik, NP Plitvice Lakes, river Zrmanja, Zadar tour, all with a bus.

In the indoor area, there are 4 charming bedrooms for 8 guests, and for 2 additional guests, there are 2 sofa beds in 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can find a welcome package waiting for you. The indoor dining area is right by, just like the cosy living room.

The pets are allowed in the villa but with an additional charge. You can organize weddings upon request and also, ask for daily cleaning. What is also necessary to mention is that the villa has heating with A/C units, so you stay warm in the colder periods. Villa Iris is waiting for you!
