We present Villa JoMaNi, located in the beautiful town of Bibinje, not far from Zadar. Whether you're looking for an escape during the winter days or visiting during the warm summer months, this modern villa provides everything you need for the perfect vacation.

The modern interior of the villa extends over 2 floors and can host up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, a living room is ideal for relaxing with your favorite Netflix series or family gatherings with board games. Connected to the living room, there is also a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, perfect for family dinners or gatherings with friends.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its bathroom, which allows guests complete privacy. The spacious balconies from the rooms offer a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding nature and the sea, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with the sunsets. In the attic, there is an additional bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace for catching a summer tan.

The fenced yard of Villa JoMaNi provides guests with privacy, while under the pergola there is an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for evening gatherings and preparing delicious meals. The heated pool with hydromassage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy, while the trampoline and the outdoor children's play area ensure the fun of the youngest.

The location of Villa JoMaNi in Bibinje offers many opportunities for exploration and entertainment. Bibinje is a charming fishing village with beautiful beaches, promenades along the sea, and numerous restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Dalmatian dishes. The proximity of the city of Zadar allows you to visit the old town center with the Roman Forum, the church of St. Donat, and Sun Salutations. Also, Marina Dalmacija, located in Sukošan and only a few minutes away from Villa JoMaNi, is one of the largest and most modern marinas on the Adriatic.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
