The villa is in an ideal location for those who enjoy exploring nature because it is just within 100 kilometers of five national parks: Plitvice Lakes, Velebit, Paklenica in the north, and Krka and Kornati in the south!

The outside space of Villa Kara Sevda is genuinely designed for relaxing! It has a terrace with comfy outdoor furniture, a 40m2 heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, a covered outdoor kitchen, barbeque, and a dining area. The property also has a lawn that is great for kids to play on, as well as an attentively maintained garden and 50-year-old olive, fig, and palm trees.

The modern living room, fully functional kitchen, and dining area can all be accessed directly from the patio. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet.

An external staircase leads to the second floor. There are other 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a second kitchen, a living room, and a dining area on the second floor. There is direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, which features an outdoor kitchen and dining area.

Alles top und sehr gute für große Urlaubs Gesellschaften geeignet! Sehr zum empfehlen wenn man etwas ruhigeres sucht Sehr sauber und schöne Villa mit sehr netten Eigentümet Direkt daneben eine sehr gute Taverne und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Sehr zu empfehlen

Відпочинок на Віллі був просто супер! Дуже затишне місце, чистота і порядок всюди — видно, що тут дбають про кожну детал Відпочинок на Віллі був просто супер! Дуже затишне місце, чистота і порядок всюди — видно, що тут дбають про кожну деталь. Відпочивати було дуже комфортно — є все необхідне: кухня зі всім приладдям, зручні ліжка, чиста постіль, а територія просто казкова — охайна, зелена, з гарним краєвидом і місцем для релаксу на свіжому повітрі. Басейн — окрема любов! Чистий, теплий, ідеальний для спекотних днів. Діти були в захваті — не хотіли звідти виходити 😄 Окреме спасибі власникам — дуже привітні, щирі й приємні люди, з якими легко знайти спільну мову. Ми почувалися як у друзів у гостях. Нам усе дуже сподобалося, тож точно повернемося ще. Рекомендуємо від щирого серця! ❤️

Toller Urlaub in schönem Haus! Wunderschönes Haus in guter Lage. Optisch wie auf den Bildern. War wunderschön. Pool beheizt. Sehr gut ausgestattet, haben nichts vermisst! Tolle Gastgeberin, super Tipps bekommen. Sehr gutes einheimisches Restaurant (ohne Karte, immer frisch) direkt unterhalb des Hauses mit sehr guten Preisen. Excellentes Essen. Eisdielen unten am Strand. Strand fussläufig, sehr sauber und mit Spielplatz. Ruhig und idyllisch. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist aber (und war das nicht klar), dass es 2 Wohnungen sind (die man beide natürlich mietet). Aber nicht innerhalb des Hauses verbunden sind. Das Obergeschoss ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen mit eigener Haustür. Erdgeschoss sind 3 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad. Dazu Toilette, Wohnraum und Küche. Im Obergeschoss sind es 2 Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames bad. Dazu Küche, Wohnzimmer, große dachterrasse mit eigenem Grill. Ist super geeignet wenn man als 2 Parteien kommt. Für uns als familie mit kleinen Kindern, wäre es nicht geteilt besser gewesen :)

Very nice modern villa, very close to the sea. The villa has two floors connected by an external staircase. Very friendly and courteous hosts.

Praticamente tutto perfetto. Dotazioni: tutto quello che può servire c’è, ed è tutto di alta qualità. Fare un elenco sarebbe troppo complicato per cui la villa si merita il massimo dei voti.
