Villa Karin

Located 700 m from the untouched beach in Privlaka, villa Karin is tastefully decorated in the rustically Dalmatian spirit, offering a private swimming pool and many amenities which will satisfy every guest. It is built traditionally; every part is designed with passion, love, and attention to detail. In the 460 square meters' yard, this newly restored stone villa consists of 3 lovely bedrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 guests. A baby cot is also available.

The villa consists of a beautifully designed living room and two bathrooms. The surrounding area provides a 35 m2 sized heated swimming pool. Guests can enjoy the sun on the deck by the pool while the children play on the playground. If guests want to have fun, a dartboard is at their disposal. Pets are allowed on request. Privlaka abounds in long, sandy beaches that are perfect for family tourism. Families with young children will enjoy the clean sea and games in the sand. They can also explore a 21 km long bike trail. A special experience is sunbathing on the long, beautifully landscaped promenade that surrounds almost the entire place.

Due to its location and proximity to national parks, Privlaka is an ideal starting point for excursions. There are four national parks and two nature parks nearby. You can visit the National parks Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Krka, and Kornati. Two nature parks of Vrana Lake and Telascica stand out with the beauty and attractiveness of the contents. Speleologists and those who wish to become one can enjoy Cerovac Caves. Ensure yourself a visit to the cities of Nin and Zadar, which are rich in cultural and historical monuments.
