Villa Lacus Vrana

Villa Lacus Vrana is located in the place of Vrana in the Zadar area and not far from the Vrana Lake Nature Park. This villa can host up to eight guests and is a combination of a modern interior and beautiful relaxing surroundings.

Villa Lacus Vrana consists of a total of four rooms, three of which have their bathrooms, and an additional bathroom. Upon entering the ground floor, guests will find an open space that unites the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Large glass doors open onto the outdoor space and pool, creating a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor space. There is also one of the bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs, three en-suite bedrooms provide guests with everything they need to relax in this oasis. The large upstairs terrace offers an endless view of the surrounding landscape, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun's rays.

The outdoor area of over 1000 m² offers a variety of activities for all guests. Children will enjoy the children's playground, trampoline, and basketball court, while adults will be able to enjoy games of table tennis and billiards. Gathering around the barbecue and outdoor dining area is ideal for summer get-togethers and all this in the privacy of the fenced yard.

The distance from the shop and the center, only 500 meters, allows guests easy access to all the necessary facilities, while at the same time maintaining a sense of peace and privacy. The surrounding area of the villa offers something for everyone. Nature lovers have the opportunity to visit Lake Vrana and the Kamenjak viewpoint, where they can enjoy the sunset with traditional specialties such as homemade prosciutto and wine. The youngest can enjoy Dalmaland, an amusement and water park in Biograd.
