Villa Lotus

Villa Lotus is a real flower, situated only 5 meters away from the sea. It has a maximum capacity of 10 guests in a total plot area of 233 m2. A simple but luxury villa is designed in the different tones of white but with a bit of blue—enough colour to make it special.

Zadar county altogether and the surrounding counties have so many islands and towns worth visiting. And, this villa can make some of those experiences even closer. Let's check out what it's got. For a bit of activity, there are mountain bikes and an electric bike available in the villa, same as a kayak, sup board, and diving equipment for exploring the sea and the coast. There is a possibility of excursions for 5 or 10 people to the city of Zadar, the islands of Ugljan, Dugi Otok, and surrounding little islands, all with a boat (the gas and skipper are included). Also, excursions to the NP Paklenica, NP Krka, and Šibenik, NP Plitvice Lakes, river Zrmanja, Zadar tour, all with a bus. 

The 10 guests can be accommodated in 4 large bedrooms. The wooden staircase is leading you from the ground floor up to rooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there are 4 bathrooms altogether in the villa. The kitchen has everything you need, and for dining, you can dine in the outdoor area in summer and the indoor area in the wintertime.

Even though it is situated almost on the beach, there is a heated pool in front of the villa. We love when we can offer you as much as possible. Garden furniture is perfect for resting and enjoying some good novel.  Private parking is behind the villa, which is completely safe and fully fenced.
