The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen make a real oasis for socializing, and the highlight of the experience is certainly the panoramic view of the sea and the Velebit mountain. In addition to the stunning style of decoration, the Malibu Royal villa provides entertainment and relaxation with a number of facilities: billiards, table tennis, billiards, table football, a children's playground and a relaxing room with a sauna and jacuzzi.

We spent a relaxing week at Villa Malibu Royal with our entire family and two dogs. Booking, picking up, and returning the villa went smoothly and without any issues. The villa is very spacious and offers six bedrooms, of which we only used three. The pool is large and offers a great change of pace for swimmers. A sauna and whirlpool are located on the top floor. The sauna is probably less used in the summer months. In the basement, in addition to fitness equipment/weight room, you'll find a billiards table and a table tennis table. A foosball table and darts round out the attractions. The villa is located slightly away from the center, but can easily be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The nearby beach is also within walking distance. One drawback is the very weak internet connection, which is non-existent in the pool area. A no-go for a villa of this size! We would have had to make several business online calls, which was impossible due to the weak internet bandwidth. The various air conditioning units distributed throughout the house operated very differently. The only units that were actually usable for cooling were the ones on the ground floor and the one on the second floor, in the bedroom next to the sauna and whirlpool. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, and only one of the air conditioners was capable of cooling the temperature to 22 degrees Celsius. The other rooms consistently had temperatures around 25 degrees Celsius or higher.
