This nicely decorated villa is located in the small town Sveti Petar na Moru, near the famous Dalmatian city of Zadar. Only a 100-meter walk brings you to the beach and the sea, as well as other necessities like shops and restaurants. The city of Zadar is only 15 km away. This beautiful villa can accommodate up to 16 guests and it is perfect for large groups of families and friends.

There are 7 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and there are also another 2 separate toilets available. It has a modern living room and a spacious dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning spreads throughout the whole property. On the outside of the villa Marin, there is a private swimming pool with hydro-massage and 10 sun loungers around it for great summer relaxation. Private parking in the shade is a great feature, as well as a gym, a pool table, and table soccer. In addition, every floor of the house has a 40m2 terrace with great views of the sea and the villa’s surroundings and it is ideal for those who want to enjoy the luxury of Dalmatia and its rich cultural and historical heritage.

We would highly recommend the Villa Marin. A perfect size for multiple families, with lots of space! The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marin was a great host and so helpful our whole stay. The pool is a perfect size and only a small walk to the sea! Would definitely go back

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
