The maximum capacity of this beauty is up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa for 8 guests, and there are 2 additional sofa beds for 2 guests in 2 bedrooms. Upon arriving, there will be a welcome package waiting for you in the fully equipped kitchen that is located on the ground floor. The beautiful wooden staircase is leading you from the down area up to the mentioned bedrooms.

If you love exploring the surroundings, whether the further ones or the closer ones, this villa has got you. For a bit of activity, there are mountain bikes and an electric bike available in the villa, same as a kayak, sup board, and diving equipment for exploring the sea and the coast. There is a possibility of excursions for 5 or 10 people to the city of Zadar, the islands of Ugljan, Dugi Otok, and surrounding little islands, all with a boat (the gas and skipper are included). Also, excursions to the NP Paklenica, NP Krka, and Šibenik, NP Plitvice Lakes, river Zrmanja, Zadar tour, all with a bus. 

But, if you love spending your days at 'home', then the days spent in the heated pool will be enough. You can tan on the garden furniture right by it and later take a shower in the outdoor shower to wash off all the sunscreen and lotion. And, most importantly, the beach is just in front of the villa. Amazing!

The pets are allowed in the villa but with an additional charge, and you can also request a daily cleaning. This villa has offered you so many things, you'll have to book it for at least a month!
