Set on a generous 700 m² plot and built in 2020, this contemporary Croatian villa welcomes up to 10 guests across four spacious en-suite bedrooms (two with 200x200 double beds, two with 180x200 double beds). The glass, stone and timber-lined interiors spread over 350 m² and blend modern comfort with cosy touches — underfloor heating, A/C in every room and a fireplace ensure year‑round comfort, while accessibility features make the house suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Inside you'll find beautifully curated living spaces designed for togetherness and relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and a Philips coffee machine opens to an indoor dining area for eight; the living room invites lingering with a smart TV, stereo system and comfy sofas. For entertainment and play there is a billiards table, table tennis, table soccer and a dedicated playroom, while wellness lovers will appreciate the sauna, gym and the option to book massages on request. A discreet home office and reliable Wi‑Fi make it easy to mix work and leisure.

The outdoors feels like your private Adriatic retreat: a 50 m² heated pool and separate hot tub invite long soaks, surrounded by eight sun loungers, two sun umbrellas and an outdoor dining area for eight for balmy al fresco evenings. Grill on the barbecue, rinse off in the outdoor shower after the beach (the shoreline is an astonishing just 2 m away), or store paddle gear for a SUP adventure. The yard is fully fenced for privacy and pets are welcome on request.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
