Villa Olive

The best type of holiday is the one where your villa is practically on the beach. And, that is the case with villa Olive. This near-the-sea beauty is situated near to the city of Nin in Zadar county. It represents the Dalmatian getaway in full meaning.

Villa Olive has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. There are 4 spacious bedrooms in the villa that accommodate 8 guests, and there are 2 additional sofa beds for 2 additional guests. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and altogether there are 4 bathrooms in the villa. On the ground floor, you can find a fully equipped kitchen, that has everything, from a microwave to a dishwasher. Right by the kitchen are an indoor dining area and a cosy living room. 

You can enjoy the amazing sea view from the heated pool or the garden furniture placed in front of the villa. There is private parking for your four-wheeled pet and the safety of the villa is on the point, everything is fully fenced. Pets are allowed but with an additional charge, and you can organize weddings upon request. For all the explorers, this one is for you. For a bit of activity, there are mountain bikes and an electric bike available in the villa, same as a kayak, sup board, and diving equipment for exploring the sea and the coast. There is a possibility of excursions for 5 or 10 people to the city of Zadar, the islands of Ugljan, Dugi Otok, and surrounding little islands, all with a boat (the gas and skipper are included). Also, excursions to the NP Paklenica, NP Krka, and Šibenik, NP Plitvice Lakes, river Zrmanja, Zadar tour, all with a bus. 

After all those excursions, we know you will just want to lay on the beach and do nothing. That's why this villa is excellent, it gives you the best of both worlds. But, only if you book it on time!
