For a bit of activity, there are mountain bikes and an electric bike available in the villa, same as a kayak, sup board, and diving equipment for exploring the sea and the coast. There is a possibility of excursions for 5 or 10 people to the city of Zadar, the islands of Ugljan, Dugi Otok, and surrounding little islands, all with a boat (the gas and skipper are included). Also, excursions to the NP Paklenica, NP Krka, and Šibenik, NP Plitvice Lakes, river Zrmanja, Zadar tour, all with a bus.

In the indoor area, there are 4 spacious bedrooms for 8 guests. For the additional 2 guests, there is a bunk bed in one of the bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The meal prep can be done in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor BBQ (you can even tan a bit while grilling). Also, there are two dining areas for you to choose from. If you travel with children that tend to change clothes a lot during the day, there is a washing machine in the villa, as well as the iron and board.
