Villa Sea Star is a luxury villa situated in Zadar county. It is designed modernly, in the tones of white and light brown, so that it is even more accentuated when the sun rays hit it daily. The total plot area of the property is 1060 m2 and the indoor area is an astonishing 683 m2.

If you love travelling in big groups, this one is for you. Villa Sea Star accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 spacious and luxury bedrooms. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and are designed in a simple but modern way. Also, there is a pool towel waiting for you in every bedroom. The colder nights can be spent in the large living room, which is equipped with everything—from the workspace, if you, unfortunately, have to work, up to all kinds of board games. The villa is ready for every type of family night. The indoor kitchen is, also, equipped with everything you need, but, the fun doesn't stop there—the outdoor kitchen with BBQ is right by the pool. We know you love when you have plenty of choices, so that is what this villa is all about.

The villa has terraces all around the house, so you can enjoy the amazing sea view. The beach is only 400 m away from the villa, but, for the days when you don't want to leave the villa, don't worry, there is a 48 m2 hydromassage, heated pool in front of it. This part of Croatia is sun-soaked, so don't forget to put on sunscreen while laying on the sun loungers! And, if this is not enough for relaxing, there is a relaxation room and sauna inside. You can enjoy the private moment without any disturbances.

The markets and restaurants, just like the beach, are all within hand reach. If you love exploring the sea, there is a boat rental available in the villa. Also, maybe the villa Sea Star is the perfect place for your special day—you can organize events and weddings there!

Many thanks for a fantastic stay in Croatia! The house was wonderful and met all expectations. We were also perfectly served by the owners of the house. The village Vinjerac was beutiful but very small. No good shops for food and no good restaurants in the close neighborhood - on the other hand very good conditions for own cooking. Satisfied and...

We were group of 12 adults and we stayed for one week. I must say that this was one of my best holiday experiences and I travel really a lot. Location is perfect if you are looking for quiet place with short distance to the sea, which is cca 3 minutes by foot. Villa is greatly equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Not just classic equipment like towels etc. but also in kitchen you find various spices, we received big package of coal for grill and fridge was stuffed with various food for first days of stay, so when we arrived all we had to do was unpack our swimwear and enjoy our first day. Communication with hosts is at 5 star level, they react fast and if you need anything, they provide it, if you want to be left alone, they leave you alone. I really recommend this for everyone who expects not only luxury premises but also luxury services, Villa Sea Star provides both.
