Welcome to the wonderful villa Sol Invictus! This villa is situated in the little village of Debeljak, only 12 km away from Zadar. Sukošan, the nearest coastal town, is reachable in a short 5-minute car drive. Villa is located in a peaceful area and offers you a relaxed, stress-free vacation.

This modern and spacious villa has 368 m² and is complemented by an amazing outdoor area with a heatable swimming pool that offers superb comfort for a maximum of 8 persons. It is an ideal choice for 2 families or a group of responsible adults. Villa Sol Invictus is not suitable for people younger than 25.

The tastefully decorated interior spreads out over 2 floors. The ground floor offers an elegant and spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with bathroom, a relaxing room with billiards, and a separate toilet. It has direct access to the charming covered terrace, well equipped with a dining table and wooden chairs. The first floor features 3 bedrooms with balconies and their own en suite bathrooms. Each room is also equipped with TVs and air conditioning devices. A spacious, fenced garden with a beautiful, heatable swimming pool, a charming roofed terrace with cozy outdoor furniture, and BBQ facilities is simply a perfect place for spending time and making memories in the company of your friends and family!

Within the distance of 5 kilometers, there are many beaches, cafés, restaurants, and stores. For those who prefer an active vacation, Sukošan offers a variety of water-sport activities. Boat excursions to National Parks are organized on a daily basis. The historic town of Zadar with its rich cultural heritage is only 12 kilometers away. National park Krka with its famous waterfalls is reachable in a 1h drive, as well as the most important climbing center in Croatia, National park Paklenica.

Die Gastgeber waren einfach TOP!! Sie haben alles möglich gemacht, was möglich war, waren super freundlich und haben uns eine Menge guter Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet und einfach nur schön - innen wie außen :-)

Ana was a superb host. She gave a great list of recommendations and was very responsive. We were given a lovely welcome basket on arrival. The villa itself was excellent and well equipped. Perfect for our party of 8 - plenty of space and never felt overcrowded. The only downside was the construction happening in front of the villa which slightly ruined the view from the balcony and made some noise during the day. Despite this, it was a very private and relaxing villa ground which is perfect for a week away on holiday. Just 15 mins from Zadar by car meaning the city is easily accessible but the location of the villa allows you to escape the business to relax

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten zu 10 (5 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder im altern von 1-7) eine tolle Zeit! Zu empfehlen ist das traditionelle Essen das von der Familie angeboten wird!
