Practicalities are sorted too: A/C in every room, Wi‑Fi, Smart TVs, a home-office corner and two fully equipped kitchens for relaxed self-catering.

Living spaces are modern and bright with plenty of room to gather — an indoor dining table for eight and an additional outdoor dining area for alfresco meals. The villa’s layout is great for mixed groups: a ground-floor bedroom for anyone who prefers to avoid stairs, lots of storage, and conveniences like washing machine, dishwasher, coffee capsule starter pack and baby gear if you’re traveling with little ones. You’ll also find extras like SUP boards (2), darts and a welcome package to get your stay started.

The outdoor areas are the heart of the place. Step outside to a heated 21 m2 pool framed by eight sun loungers, a BBQ and a carefully tended, fully fenced garden — ideal for privacy and for pets (on request). The beach is literally a few steps away (5 m), and there’s private boat mooring if you want to explore the nearby islands. Parking is private with two spaces, and practical outdoor touches include an outdoor shower and outdoor toilet for sandy days.

Location-wise you’re about 5 km from the town centre, restaurants, markets and cafes and roughly 25 km from the airport, making transfers easy.
