The indoor area of 130 m2 has been arranged for comfort and style, with two bedrooms each featuring a 180 x 200 double bed plus a 90 x 200 single bed and en‑suite bathrooms with showers. Climate control is assured with air conditioning in every room and central heating for cooler months. Practical comforts include a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and starter coffee capsules), washing machine, smart TVs with HBO and Netflix, reliable Wi‑Fi and a safe box.

Living spaces are designed for relaxed togetherness and effortless hosting: an indoor dining area for six, a comfortable lounge with SAT TV and streaming services, and a stocked welcome package on arrival. Additional services can be arranged to enhance your stay — from breakfast, daily cleaning and prestocking to a private chef or food delivery — all available on request for an extra charge. Pets are welcome upon request, and there is private parking on site.

The outdoor experience is the villa’s highlight. A 23 m2 salt‑water pool and a separate jacuzzi sit amid a carefully tended garden and lawn, surrounded by six sun loungers, sun umbrellas and outdoor dining for six. A barbecue and outdoor shower complement the alfresco lifestyle; pool towels and a lawn watering system are provided. Note that the yard is unfenced, so guests travelling with pets or very young children should plan accordingly.
