This villa is located in the picturesque village Orašac, only 12 kilometres away from the stunning city of Dubrovnik, whose Old Town is protected by UNESCO. This modern luxury villa with an olive grove on the property and spacious sundeck provides the level of relaxation and comfort guests crave. 

This elegant villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor guests can find a fully equipped, modern open-concept kitchen as well as a dining and living area which are very stylish with interesting sofas and armchairs of Croatia's internationally acclaimed brand Prostoria. Other furniture in the villa is also hand-selected, created by renowned regional designers. 

Bedrooms are on the upper floor, equipped with Wi-Fi and SAT TV and have access to the terraces with breath-taking panoramas. Four guests can be accommodated on sofa beds in very spacious bedrooms. There is also a gym available for those who enjoy healthy living wherever they are. 

As for the villa exterior there is a private parking available as well as a swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a hot summer breeze in the Mediterranean garden or on a tucked away sun deck with a barbecue, prefect for family gatherings.
